Essay Writing & Analysis

At ACP, we have found that writing proficiency is increasingly becoming a highly sought after skill set as technology accelerates the speed of communication mediums today. For example, engineers and scientists have to not only maintain technical knowledge, but also be able to construct convincing proposals, clear and concise research papers, as well as being able to communicate effectively with colleagues. The same can be said of other professional fields and not only academic areas. In addition, the ability to analyze works of writing with an in-depth and multi-dimensional, multi-perspetive approach greatly enhances any student's ability in reasoning and lgogical deduction - skills that are emphatically tested on SAT, GMAT, LSAT, etc.

In the Resources bar is a link to the ACP's developing writing program. We are currently posting quotes from some of history's greatest characters to serve a dual purpose:

  • expanding the student's knowledge of civilization's greatest men and women
  • encourage analytical thought of some of the ideas of history's great men and women

This is a free service for the student or any who are interested to peruse and wonder about. Expect more updates and resources in the future.
